Like everybody, COVID-19 has changed the way we do business here at KC Castles Cork.
Since re-opening we have implemented numerous changes to our day-day running of our business.
- Sanitisation & Cleaning area: After each hire all of our castles are inflated in our sanitization zone and power washed and cleaned with a cleaner designed to disinfect the inflatable. This is then let to dry out before heading back to any of our customers. This is then done again upon delivery to our customer.
- Private Family Hires Only: Given current restrictions, We are currently only hiring to private families only, for now this is all we will be doing given social distancing measures etc.
- Social Distancing On Arrival: Upon arrival we ask that you keep your distance to keep risk levels at a minimum.
- Card Payment: We have now introduced Card Payments at KC Castles Cork, So if you would like to pay with card, or indeed bank transfer instead of handling money directly thats no problem wahtsoever just let us know upon delivery or when you book.
